AZIMERIS is an artistic media-art and observational research project created and directed by Uwe Arthur Felchle, Neulengbach, Austria. The website provides public access to the Living Universe interactive presentation, mission telemetry, astronomical field data interpretations, and audiovisual transmission records for artistic, educational, and informational exploration.

2. Science & Artistic Transformation

AZIMERIS incorporates verified astronomical data, real sky observations, and scientific sources (such as data from NASA, JPL Horizons, ESA, and independent astronomers). The project clearly maintains the distinction between scientific observation and artistic transformation: AZIMERIS does not assert that natural celestial objects (including hyperbolic comet 3I/ATLAS) emit artificial or extraterrestrial signals. Artistic interpretation is an exploratory medium-art work and is not to be construed as scientific assertion.

3. Permitted Use

Visitors are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and explore the publicly accessible content of this website for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Disrupt, compromise, or impair the security or availability of the website infrastructure;
• Employ automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts in a manner that burdens hosting resources or degrades service for others;
• Misrepresent the nature of the project or falsely claim affiliation with AZIMERIS.

4. Intellectual Property & Artistic Rights

All original content created for AZIMERIS — including sound compositions, audio masters, audiovisual transmissions, visual identity designs (including the Minimal Signal symbol), graphics, texts, software code, and interactive visual architecture — is the intellectual property of Uwe Arthur Felchle / AZIMERIS and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws.

No rights or licenses to duplicate, redistribute, broadcast, perform publicly, or commercially exploit original AZIMERIS material are granted without prior explicit written authorization from the rights holder.

5. Third-Party Scientific Materials & Public Sources

Third-party observational data, spectral records, orbital ephemerides, or astronomical imagery referenced across the project remain subject to their respective institutional licenses, terms of use, or public-domain status as provided by their originating research bodies (e.g., NASA, ESA, JPL, contributing observatories). AZIMERIS claims no proprietary rights over natural astronomical phenomena or public scientific research catalogs.

This website links to external platforms (including YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, and scientific portals). These links are provided solely for user reference. AZIMERIS has no influence over external services and accepts no responsibility or liability for their contents, operational availability, or privacy practices.

7. Service Availability & Modifications
